Search Tips

When searching on the Online Catalog, Databases, and/or a Web Resource here are some tips:

Make sure you have your Explorer's name spelled correctly. Also, you may find different name spellings for your explorer. (Sacajawea, Sacagawea, Sakakawea)
It is advisable to enter the last name of the explorer first in your searches. (Columbus, Christopher)
If you have trouble finding your explorer, please see Mrs. Burnham in the library.

Lots of great information about Explorers and the Age of Exploration. Includes a Work Cited page for where they obtained their information.
Enchanted Learning: Zoom Explorers
Excellent, reliable, and alphabetized information about many explorers!
